The eagerly awaited and long ago promised Global tour, titled The Model Tour, is finally here! Multi-platinum alt-rock trio Wallows will hit the road to support their brand-new album, Model. This will be the band's biggest tour to date and includes arena shows nationwide including, a huge gig at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, LA's Kia Form, Denver's Red Rocks, plus stops in Las Vegas, Boston, and San Diego among many more before jetting off to burn through Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels and several other cities in Europe, and a final six shows in the U.K.
The Band announced the tour along with a 12-Minute short film directed by Nina Ljeti and starring the band themselves. An eerie, horror-film esque video, shot in Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, and you should totally head over to YouTube to see it!
Wallows will release their third studio album, Model, On May 24, and have already released the catchy, and easy to get stuck in your head earworm, “Your Apartment,” plus the album’s second single, “Calling After Me,” which you can see down below right now.
“It sounds like what you would imagine or kind of hope that the Wallows would sound like,” guitarist and drummer Preston said about the new album. “It’s an easily accessible, kind of light on its feet but still intricate and precise record. We hope it gets our fans excited while also drawing in new listeners.”
The Wallows' trio are guitarists and singers, Braeden Lemasters and Dylan Minnette, along with guitarist and drummer, Cole Preston. They started out as the band Feaver, playing the Warped tour, and now, 13 years later, they are headlining the biggest tour of their lives!
