Throwback to 2001 when Break The Cycle just dropped.
Remember the way the album went five times platinum and shot up the charts with its singles It’s Been Awhile, Fade, Outside, For You, Epiphany, and the hidden track, an acoustic version of Outside with Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst? Do you remember how the entire world fixed their eyes on Staind with their alternative metal sound tinged with post-grunge? Do you recall how It’s Been Awhile became one of the most played songs in modern rock history? Everybody came to the conclusion that Staind’s signature mix of genres, stirring lyrics, raw and soulful vocal delivery, cathartic and hard-hitting concert experiences, and high energy were going down in music history as iconic - and it did. To date, Staind has racked up no less than an ASCAP Pop Music Award and a My VH1 Music Award, along with an American Music Award nomination, seven Billboard Music Award nominations, and an MTV Video Music Award nomination.
Fast forward 25 years later, and fans everywhere have been eagerly awaiting the announcement of Staind’s new headlining tour - an anniversary celebration of the iconic post-grungers’ seminal breakthrough album Break The Cycle. The Break The Cycle 25th Anniversary Tour is slated to kick off in early May 2026 in Daytona Beach, Florida, with stops in major cities such as Columbus, Virginia Beach, Camden, Mansfield, Shakopee, Ridgedale, Albuquerque, and Houston on the itinerary before wrapping up in mid-October in Austin, Texas.
Post-grunge legends Seether are scheduled to hit the stage with Staind, so get keen to feel the rush of your favorites being delivered by the band whose music you’ve been blasting at 11 for the past 20+ years - from Fine Again and Remedy right down to Broken and Fake It!
