Robert Plant and The Sensational Space Shifters at Budweiser Stage

The iconic lead singer of Led Zepplin, Robert Plant is coming to Molson Amphitheatre on Sunday 7th June 2015! Here to promote the release of his album 'Lullaby and…The Ceaseless Roar', which was titled one of the 50 best albums of 2014! Robert Plant is one of the most well known singers in rock 'n' roll. He is a songwriter, musician and former front man from the English rock band, Led Zepplin – the second best selling band in the United States! Their distinctive hard rock and heavy metal sound has influenced many artists all over the world and have since become a key importance in music history as they defined the 1970's.
Led Zepplin became pioneers of blues driven, heavy psychedelic rock with hints of folk, Celtic, Indian, and Arabic styles throughout the instrumentation as well as in Plants vocal tone and floaty melodic style.
In 1982, Robert began to pursue a solo career and since then has sold out numerous arena shows and collaborated with a number of artists, including a solid year working with bluegrass and country singer Alison Krauss. Together they won Grammy Awards for Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Contemporary Folk/Americana Album.
He is now back! With his fresh new band, The Sensational Space Shifters on this summer 2015 tour!!
