As a follow-up to her 2022 sophomore release "Nicole", 88rising artist NIKI is set to release "Buzz", her third LP teased to be her most ambitious project yet. With a new song "Too Much Of A Good Thing" dominating airwaves, we're in for sonic surprises as she shared folk-rock flirty vibes. As the album comes out this August, the iconic "High School in Jakarta" singer is kicking off her biggest tour yet. The global BUZZ WORLD TOUR will take her on stage across 41 markets across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

The singer's upcoming tour will allow her to meet her fans, sing your favorite songs, and perform new anthems off of "Buzz". As an album inspired by a journey that reflects an ocean of emotions she's felt over the last few years, we're in to shed a tear, bang our heads, and jive to the groove of NIKI's newest hits.

"I went through an identity crisis. It took a lot of trial and error, and I just stumbled upon pieces of myself along the way," NIKI said, as cited from Bandwagon Asia. "I named it Buzz because it feels like I'm on the precipice of something about to happen,"

As the album's lead single "Too Much Of A Good Thing" shares a slinky groove, her feelings and thoughts rambling in her head through a new crush is something so relatable! Now, it sure is something that got the world hooked on NIKI's music. Her previous releases always shared relatable and nostalgic vibes as she pours her feelings into song.

"“Too Much Of A Good Thing’ is this fun, tongue-in-cheek song about desire, imagination, and the playground of excitement and irreverence they create," NIKI said about the track. "It’s about that initial anticipation we all know and love where there’s a little extra pep in your step, which I feel translates even sonically, with that timeless, stroll-along-to-the-tempo groove you get when you are momentarily invincible."

She's never keeping it lowkey! Her previous hits - "Say My Name", "Indigo", "Selene", "Lowkey", "High School in Jakarta", and "Every Summertime" have all sent us to tears, banging our heads, and screaming at the top of our lungs. Bringing back the fond memories and feelings of love, heartache, crushes, and everything in between, NIKI's music hits hard!

In an interview with GRAMMY, NIKI has shared how she pretty much feels "too much". She explains her discovery of loving to feel things amidst the making of her sophomore release "Nicole". With different emotions at the center of it all, she's able to carry these over into her music. "It makes me feel alive to be in touch with my emotions. The best way I know how to externalize all of it is through writing and music."

Don't miss out on BUZZ coming out August 9th.
