Scale Mt. Joy’s summit of symphonies this 10th of July as the band rises to the Budweiser Stage for a whirlwind Wednesday jam session! Despite their relative youth as a group, Mt. Joy has already established themselves as a must-see act thanks to their live show’s psychedelic ambiance and experimental indie rock sound. They garnered immediate acclaim with their eponymous first album, which featured Gold-certified and Billboard-breaking hits, namely “Silver Lining” and “Jenny Jenkins.” Their sophomore album, Rearrange Us, breached the Billboard 200, while tracks such as “Strangers” and “Lemon Tree” rose to prominence in the Adult Alternative Airplay chart. Following the sold-out success of their 2023 concert series, our headlining band will break into 2024 with an even bigger North American tour! This new stint will land them in 19 prestigious venues, which includes an appearance at the Budweiser Stage — a world-class arena adjacent to the magnificent Lake Ontario. Tickets are now available - book yours soon to see Mt. Joy LIVE!

Show your support for one of the most promising young groups to have risen in the recent indie rock scene! Mt. Joy is gearing up for a busy year this 2024, booked up as opening acts under breakthrough artists Noah Kahan and Zach Bryan. But on top of that, the band will also embark on their biggest tour yet, with 19 big-name venues listed across North America, including a July 10th appearance at the Budweiser Stage.

Official setlists for the concert are still under wraps. However, fans can expect new music from the band based on their teaser announcement for 2024’s first quarter!

“I know we will always remember the hard work that got us here — the many rehearsals, shows, s****y load-outs in the snow — always knowing that if we kept going, we could be one of the best bands in the world,” frontman Matt Quinn reminisced in the band’s official press statement.

In a music market where indie bands are dime a dozen, aspiring groups have to find a way to separate themselves from the pack. For Mt. Joy, they did so by enchanting the concert crowd with their psychedelic on-stage visuals and mind-bending fusions of folk rock, blues, and Americana.

Mt. Joy started as an alt-rock trio between lead vocalist Matt Quinn, guitarist Sam Cooper, and bassist Michael Byrnes. The streaming success of their first two singles, “Astrovan” and “Sheep,” would later lead to their expansion as a quintet, adding keyboardist Jackie Miclau and drummer Sotiris Eliopoulos to the line-up. Their self-titled debut studio album dropped in 2018 and met immediate attention from Spotify listeners, amassing hundreds of millions of streams in the following years. It featured the Adult Alternative Airplay no. 1 single “Silver Lining” and other charting hits such as “Jenny Jenkins.” Two years later, they released Rearrange Us, an Americana/Folk no. 2 album and their first Billboard 200 breakthrough. Their most recent record, titled Orange Blood, listed similar Triple A-charting tracks as their first one, with “Lemon Tree” and “Evergreen” climbing their way to fan-favorite status.

Situated near the pristine waters of Lake Ontario, the Budweiser Stage opens its doors for Mt. Joy on Wednesday, July 10th, offering a first-class stage and the latest light and acoustic technology available. Click the button above and get your tickets now!
