Known for their gritty sounds and emotionally-charged lyrics, Kings of Leon is one of the rock bands that shaped the American rock music scene of the 2000s and 2010s. With songs like "Use Somebody," "Radioactive," "Sex on Fire," and many others, the band has earned a reputation as one of the most influential rock bands of the 21st century. The band, which is headed by vocalist Caleb Followill, has won multiple Grammys, including "Best Rock Song" in 2010 for their song "Use Somebody, an anthem from their fourth studio album "Only by the Night."

Since their debut in the early 2000s with their album "Youth & Young Manhood," the band has sold over 21 million albums and 38 million singles worldwide. They were able to release nine studio albums, the latest of which is the soon-to-be-released "Can We Please Have Fun." According to the Followill siblings, the 12-track album is "a document of one of this era's great rock & roll bands cutting loose, trying new things, and, yes, having some fun." It was preceded by the single "Mustang," which gave a glimpse of what the new album would be like. The catchy song signals the return to the group's "gritty origins while simultaneously finding new gears." As described by Billboard, the band had a unified vision and purpose when creating the record. In the words of Billboard correspondent Gil Kaufman, the band is "freed from any expectations," and this is the "album the band says they've always wanted to make."

In support of their latest album, the band will be embarking on a world tour. Dubbed "Can We Please Have Fun Tour," the tour will kick off this August 14 at Austin, Texas's Moody Center. They will be heading to Canada's Budweiser Stage on October 1 with the New York-based music duo Phantogram. Known for songs like "Mouthful of Diamonds," "Run Run Blood," "Cruel World," and "When I'm Small," among many others, the duo will be sporting their electronic rock tunes in the famous Toronto stage. They will surely set the stage on fire before Kings of Leon takes center stage.

Their album may not be out yet, but tickets to their shows are now on sale. You can get your tickets for their Budweiser Stage concert by hitting the "Get Tickets" link. Secure yours now before they run out.
