Whoever said that ‘punk is dead’, should get a mean kick in the butt from the Dropkick Murphys.  As forerunners of their own brand of ‘celtic punk’,  the Dropkick Murphys stick to their Irish music heritage and twisted it with their early exposure to the music of  AC/DC and The Ramones.  June 15, 2013 is a Saturday so there’s a reason for you to stay up.  Punk never sleeps.  Drop everything and troop to the Molson Amphitheatre for some badass punk feast courtesy of the Dropkick Murphys.

In  2011,  Going Out in Style was released and debuted at No. 6,  making it their highest-charting album to date.   In 2013, their success forged on as they released their eighth studio album, Signed and Sealed in Blood which secured the number 9 spot at the Billboard charts.
