The Icelandic artist’s career began at the age of eleven with her study of classical piano. Shortly after she had a recording running on the national radio station and a contract with the Fálkinn label. Bjork’s stunning performances brought her many dedicated fans and awards. The talented artist has been nominated for an Academy Award, two Golden Globe Awards (one for acting) and 13 Grammy Awards. The latest album, Biophilia, although it is a little different, maintains the unique style that made her famous.
