Join the Christian brotherhood and sisterhood in this musical and spiritual gathering to celebrate God’s Kingdom and bring truth and encouragement to the lives of others. The Beruna Music Festival gathers Christian music artists, performers, and inspirational speakers from all over the world to bring the message of love, peace, and salvation, and strengthen the spiritual bond with Jesus Christ. The Molson Amphitheatre, Toronto, Canada will resonate with words of faith and songs of praise, on the 19th of July 2013, starting at 11:00 am. Be filled with fruits of the Holy Spirit, delivered through words, stories, and songs from Jeremy Camp, Crowder, Brian Doerksen, Sanctus Real and more!
The Beruna Music Festival will be a day for rejoicing and celebrating the victory of Jesus Christ in the lives of people who have accepted him as their Lord and Saviour. The organizers of this festival envisions this as a venue and an occassion where people, especially young Christians, would find a spiritual haven to stregthen their relationship with the Lord, through stories and songs of praise. ‘Beruna’ was taken from C.S. Lewis’s Narnia books, where it stands for a ‘battleground in Narnia where good triumphs over evil. ‘ What could be more apt and cool, right?
In a gist, this festival aims to bring across this Biblical message: “Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.” – Ephesians 6:13,18
