As early as the age of 11, Alexander Giannascoli, better known by his stage name Alex G, began writing and recording music. Giannascoli gives fans a one-of-a-kind experience straight from his heart to your ears by recording everything himself in his home studio, earning him a reputation as an indie rock artist with a lo-fi aesthetic. Alex G's latest album, "God Save The Animals," is already impressing the fans and critics, and he has released a total of nine studio albums, two extended plays, a live album, a soundtrack album, and a compilation album.
Alvvays, pronounced "always," is a band from Canada that plays indie pop. The self-titled debut album the band released in 2014 was a smash hit on college radio stations across the United States. Their second studio album, Antisocialites, was released on September 8, 2017, and it was recently named the Best Alternative Album at the 2018 Juno Awards. Both albums are in the final round of the Polaris Music Prize competition. On October 7, 2022, they released Blue Rev, their third studio album.
